Terms and Conditions

If you are successful in your application, you will need to register and pay the attendance fee PLUS submit a case within one month of notification. There may also be additional costs for visa application and travel to the meeting.

Applications close Friday 23 October 2026 and notifications of acceptance will be send by the end of November 2026.
You need to register and pay the attendance fee by no later than 31 January 2027.
